1. Agreement
By accessing this site or engaging Sterdam Inc. ("Sterdam"), you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
3. Engagements and scope
Project work, retainers, and fixed-price builds are governed by the written scope agreed at the start of the engagement. Changes to scope require written agreement and may affect timeline and fees.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the applicable order or checkout. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable on receipt. Late payment may pause delivery.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you. Sterdam retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No attempts to breach, probe, or overload our systems.
- No scraping or resale of the service without written permission.
7. Warranties and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sterdam's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the agreed notice period. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your engagement agreement. Where none is stated, the laws applicable to Sterdam's place of incorporation apply.
