1. Memberships
Memberships renew on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part-months, but we will refund a charge raised in error.
2. Retainers
Retainers are billed in advance for the agreed cycle. Cancel before the next cycle begins and you are not billed again. Unused hours in a cycle do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
3. Fixed-price builds
Fixed-price builds are milestone based. Deposits secure a delivery slot and are non-refundable once work has begun, since the slot is held exclusively for you. Amounts paid for milestones not yet started are refundable.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or failed provisioning are refunded in full. Contact us and we will resolve it.
5. How to request
Email info@sterdaminc.com with your account email and the transaction reference. We respond within five business days and refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.
