1. Cover
Sterdam maintains commercial cover appropriate to the engagements we accept, including professional indemnity and cyber liability. Certificates of currency are available to clients on request during onboarding or procurement review.
2. Requesting a certificate
Email info@sterdaminc.com with your entity name and the engagement reference. We return documentation within five business days.
3. Risk management
- Least-privilege access and separated environments.
- Dependency and vulnerability review on a regular cadence.
- Change control and reviewed deployments.
- Incident response with client notification obligations.
4. Subcontractors
Where specialists are engaged, they work under equivalent confidentiality and security obligations, and Sterdam remains responsible for delivery.
5. Limits
Insurance does not extend the contractual liability caps set out in the Master Services Agreement or your statement of work.
